16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mix, thawed and drained
10 3/4 oz. can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
garlic powder to taste
2.8 oz. can Durkee French Fried Onions

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper, garlic powder and 1/2 can of fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray). Bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and fried onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
