8 oz. smoked salmon Note: It is a big chub that you have to flake, not the pink one used for "Lox and Bagels"
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
black pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.

My friend Cathy was on an Alaskan cruise years ago. She toured a company that produced smoked salmon and along with her purchase, they included this great recipe. She recently made it for me and I almost ate the whole bowl by myself. Needless to say, I begged her for the recipe!
