3 cups chopped zucchini
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs (slightly beaten)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and spread in a greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Can be frozen after baking for future use.
