Shredded chicken from rotisserie chicken (2 -3 cups) or 1-2 cans Kirkland canned chicken
3 cups unsalted chicken stock (in a box)
1 1/4 cream of chicken soup mix. Augason Farms is the recommended brand
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the chicken stock and soup powder mix and heat until just boiling. Mix the shredded chicken and soup.

Serves about 10 - 12

For Haystacks serve with any or all of the following:
Rice
Chow Mein noodles
Pineapple tidbits
green onions
shredded coconut
mandarin oranges
red peppers
shredded carrots
diced celery
sliced black olives
sunflower seeds
peas
grated cheese
