1 tomato
small onion
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C. sour cream
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Finely chop green pepper, tomato, and onion. Combine and beat with mixer until well blended.
