1/2 tsp dry mustard
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp flour
1/8 tsp pepper
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
4 tbls vinegar
1-1/2 tbls butter
1/2 head shredded cabbage (or more) scalded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mustard, salt, sugar, flour, paprika and pepper.

Add eggs and mix thoroughly.

Add milk and vinegar.

Cook over hot water stirring frequently until thick (double boiler)
Add butter and cook and stir until butter is melted

Pour over cabbage; toss and serve
