3 chicken breasts sliced
1 pkg. fajita seasoning
1 sliced onion
1 sliced red pepper
1 sliced green pepper
4 cups chicken stock
2 cups cream
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in fajita seasoning and 3/4 c. water for about an hour in the frig. Now saute this chicken in a few tablespoons of oil along with the onions and pepper. Transfer this mixture along with the marinade to a soup pot. Add cream and chicken stock. Simmer on low for 20-30 minutes until heated through. Serve topped with cheese and some good bread.
