1 nice roast of your choosing, I think I used bottom round roast, 3 to 4 lbs
1 envelope onion soup mix
A few good dashes of liquid smoke
A sprinkle of garlic powder
Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast on top of 5 layers of foil and sprinkle with the onion soup mix, the few good dashes of liquid smoke and garlic. Wrap tightly in the foil and place in a pan. Heat oven to 175 degrees and let roast sit in this for 24 hours. Should come out moist and delicious.
