3 lbs. lean ground beef
2 large eggs
1 cup cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 small can diced tomatoes
1 medium onion chopped
2 medium potatoes chopped
2 medium carrots chopped
4 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together and shape into meatballs. Now add a couple of Tblsp. oil in a pot and add onions and tomatoes. Add bouillon and water. Bring to boil, now carefully add the meatballs to this mixture, If the water is not boiling, they will fall apart. Do not stir meatballs, they will fall apart. After about 10 minutes, taste the broth and season if necessary. Now add potatoes and carrots and cook until done. Serve.
