3/4 cup heavy cream
3 large eggs slightly beaten
2 Tblsp. sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
3 cups Cap'n Crunch cereal, crushed
8-10 slices of Texas Toast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl and whisk until combined. Dip bread into egg mixture, then dip in cereal crumbs. Fry in a few tablespoons of butter melted in a skillet. About 3 minutes each side. Top with whip cream and berries.
