1/2 t Dijon mustard...
1 t sea salt...
1/2 t freshly ground black pepper...
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil...
2 T shallots, chopped...
5 ears fresh sweet white corn, uncooked and cut off the Cobb...
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half...
3 stems fresh basil, chopped, about 1 T.....

For dressing

Whisk together first 5 ingredients, add shallots...
Mix the corn, tomatoes and basil..
Add the dressing, let sit for 15 minutes and serve...
