1 (1-1/2 lb.) pork tenderloin
Seasoning salt to taste
2 c. apple juice
1/2 c. apple butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. water
1/4 t. ground cinnamon
1/4 t. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Season pork tenderloin with seasoning salt and place them in a 9x13 baking dish or small roasting pan.

Pour apple juice over pork and cover with lid or aluminum foil. Bake one hour.

While pork is cooking, mix together the apple butter, brown sugar, water and spices.

After an hour, remove pork from the oven and spread the apple butter mixture over them.

Cover and return to oven for two hours or until fork tender.
