6 eggs...
1 quart small curd cottage cheese...
1 pound grated cheddar cheese...
3 T flour...
1/2 cup butter...
1/2 small onion, grated...
1 package of frozen chopped spinach or chopped broccoli, drained well...

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º...
Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased 9 by 13 glass baking dish...
Bake 1 hour, cool for 5 minutes before cutting...

You may also add 1 cup of cubed ham, if you wish..

I Lways test quiche after 1 hour of baking by sticking a toothpick in middle to see if it comes out clean, if not just return to oven for 5 minutes and test again...
