1 pound dark brown sugar...
1 cup heavy cream...
1/4 cup butter...
2 cups whole pecans...

Microwave the sugar and cream 12 minutes..
Mix well after 2 minutes, do not cover..

I CHECK ON MIXTURE EVERY 2 MINUTES, MAKING SURE IT DOES NOT BURN ON EDGES, ALSO DOES NOT BOIL OVER!

After 12 minutes it should be nice and dark brown and thick, if not microwave for another minute or two, checking every minute...
Stir in butter and pecans.
Mix well...
Drop by tablespoon on wax paper, let cool and serve or store in container for up to 2 weeks...
