3 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons neutral oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Chives, garnish
1/2 cup peach jam
2 tablespoons sriracha chili sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 400° F. In a large bowl, toss together chicken wings, oil, salt, and pepper. Spread wings out on a baking sheet.

2. Bake wings for 45-50 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Finished wings should be slightly crispy and browned.

3. Meanwhile, stir together jam, sriracha chili sauce, tomato paste, soy sauce, and butter in a small pot over low heat. Heat until steaming hot and combined. Then remove from heat.

4. When wings are cooked, add them to a large bowl and drizzle with the peach sriracha sauce. Toss to combine.

5. Garnish finished wings with fresh chives
