1 T. butter
1 med. potato
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potato until well done. Mash well and add butter and stiffly beaten egg white. Add enough powdered sugar to make stiff enough to form into balls. About 1 pound. Drop in melted chocolate and roll in crushed peanuts.

Melting Chocolate for Dipping--Use 1 # semi-sweet chips and 1# bag milk chocolate chips.
