2 cups sifted flour
2 tsps baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups grated raw carrots
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts
1 8 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple.

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs and mix well. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Turn into 2 greased and floured 9 in. round pan or 1 13x9 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
