1 Dozen Medium sized potatoes
4 - 5 cap-fulls lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp celery flake
1 large onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/4 C white vinegar
1/2 jar of 1 quart size Mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Potatoes, put in a large pot covered with water.
Put cover on pot and boil for 45 minutes.
Drain potatoes.
Allow potatoes to cool, then scrape off skins.
Cut potatoes into small pieces. A
dd the rest of the ingredients to the potatoes.
Mix well.
Refrigerate.
