1 loaf of unsliced bread
Butter, melted
Cinnamon
Sugar





Directions:

Line cookie sheet with foil and grease lightly. Slice a loaf of bread into pieces 1 1/2-inches thick slices. Remove crusts. Cut pieces in half and toast on all sides.

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Dip each piece in melted butter and roll in a mixture of 3 parts of cinnamon to 1 part of sugar. Place on cookie sheet and add to oven. Bake for about five minutes or until the mixture on the slices has been melted.
The pieces come out crunchy. Serve immediately.
