2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 c. bread crumbs
6 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add milk. Add chicken breasts and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Dip chicken breasts in flour, then egg/milk mixture, then in bread crumbs.

Put on cookie sheet and put in freezer to fast freeze. When frozen, put in baggies to store.

When ready to cook, thaw in fridge. Fry in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side to brown.

Put on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

This recipe came from Dale Tulio - a friend at Trace. She fixed it for dinner one night when Logan and Will were visiting and it immediately became one of Logan's favorite things.
