1 1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Butter
2 Eggs
1 t. Baking soda
4 T. Sour cream
1 1/4 c. Flour
1 c. Mashed bananas
1 t. Vanilla
1 t. Salt
1/2 to 1 c. Chopped Walnuts






Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. In separate bowl, mix baking soda and sour cream, set aside. To sugar, butter and egg mixture stire in flour, bananas, vanilla and salt. Fold in baking soda and sour cream mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.

Freezes well.

Yield: 1 large loaf, 2 - 3 X 8 in. loaves or 4 smaller loaves - 2 X 6 in.
