Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs Dejon mustard
2 egg yolks (2 Tbs egg beaters)
4 anchovies
4 med garlic cloves
3/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

Combine first six ingredients in a food processor – blend well. Slowly drizzled olive oil with processor running. Chill and server..
