1/4 to 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar....this is to taste...I SUGGEST DO 1/4 CUP AND ONCE MADE AND TASTED, IF YOU WANT MORE FLAVOR ADD TO YOUR OWN TASTE...
2/3 cup good olive oil...
2 to 3 T honey...again to your taste...
1 T grainy mustard...
1 clove of garlic, minced, fine...
Black pepper, to taste...

Mix all ingredients together, serve with green salad or sliced/cubed fresh garden tomatoes....
