1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
16 oz Cool Whip
8 oz cream cheese
3 pkgs instant pistachio pudding
4 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened butter, flour and 1/4 cup nuts. Press into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350º oven 15-20 minutes and let cool. Mix softened cream cheese with 1/2 of the cool whip. Spread over baked layer. Mix pudding mix with milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining cool whip over pudding. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Refrigerate and serve.
