3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Vanilla wafers
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
Paper muffin cups

Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Line muffin tins with paper muffin cups. Fill 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Cool and then top with pie filling.
