2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. 6 oz orange jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
2 11 oz. cans mandarin orange segments (drained)
1 can 13 1/2 oz. pineapple chunks (drained)
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup sour cream or 1/2 cup whipped cream

Directions:

Pour boiling water over jello and stir. Add orange sherbet and stir until melted. Stir in one can of orange slices. Pour into a 6 cup ring mold and chill until firm. Combine remaining can of orange slices, pineapple, coconut, and marshmallows. Fold in sour cream or whipped cream. Chill. Un-mold jello and put sour cream/whipped cream mixture in the middle.
