2 cans artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic powder
Italian bread

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Transfer dip into an oven-proof crock. Bake in a preheated 275º oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with fresh Italian bread.

I can't tell you how many times I have used this recipe for everything but an appetizer. My favorite is using it as a topping on homemade pizza dough. I have mixed it with pasta, put it on top of vegetables and the list goes on!
