2 pkgs Crescent Rolls
1 lb. ham
1 lb. genoa salami
1 lb. provolone cheese
6 eggs
1 large jar roasted red peppers
3 tblsps. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 13x9 pyrex dish
Take 1 pkg of crescent rolls and press into bottom of dish
Layer 1/2 the ham, salami, and cheese on top of the crescent rolls
Beat 3 eggs and pour over meat and cheese layer
Then put red peppers on top of egg mixture
Layer the rest of the meat and cheese over the red peppers, then beat the remaining 3 eggs and pour over the meat and cheese layer. Take 2nd pkg of crescent rolls and carefully spread on top of egg mixture, being careful to cover and pinch rolls to side of dish. Dot pats of butter over crescent rolls. Bake at 350º F for a total of 1 hour, 1/2 hour covered with foil, 1/2 hour uncovered.
