4 Chicken Breast (cut into pieces; boneless and skinless)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
3 cups tomatoes (Canned)
1 tea Salt
1 tea oregano
1 tea pepper
1 tea parsley (chopped)
2 table butter
1 green pepper (diced)
1/2 lb Mushrooms (Sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Season flour with salt and pepper. Than coat chicken. In large pan over medium heat, cook garlic until browned. Starting with chicken pieces, cook until golden brown on all sides (don't pierce it). Combine tomatoes, salt & pepper, oregano and parsley. Slowly add mix to chicken. In another skillet heat butter. Cook peppers and mushroom until the are limp. Stir into tomato mixture. Cook slowly for 25-30 mins or until thickest chicken is tender when stabbed with fork.
