1 white cake mix
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Grease and flour an 11" x 13" cake pan.
Stir together cake mix, flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl until well mixed.
Pour in water, sour cream, vegetable oil, almond extract, vanilla and egg whites. Beat with mixer on low until all ingredients are combined and moistened but some lumps still remain.
Pour batter into prepared cake pans and bake until top is a light golden brown and a tooth pick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
