1 large loaf of Pepperidge Farms sandwich bread

filling; 1 lb. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar

2 sticks butter, melted and cooled to room temperature.

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crust off bread.
Roll bread slices with rolling pin until flat.
Mix filling ingredients until creamy and smooth.
Spread filling on bread slices one at a time.
Roll up jelly roll style.
Roll in butter then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place on cookie sheet seams down.
Refridgerate overnight.
Bake in 350º oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
