Ingredients:  
1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 T. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. sage
2 T. finely chopped cut celery (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in milk for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300º to 325º
Strips of bacon maybe placed on bottom of loaf and on top of the meat loaf.
Also 1/2 can of tomato soup may be poured over the top before baking.
You can also use ketchup or chili sauce.
