2 potatoes
1 cup broccoli, steamed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Bacon
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Chives, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 °F.
Bake 2 potatoes in aluminum foil for 20 minutes at 425 °F.
Slice off one end of each potato.
Remove other end using a jagged, diagonal-cut pattern.
From the jagged end, scoop out inside of potato.
Scoop cheddar cheese and broccoli into hollowed-out potato.
Wrap potato in raw bacon, holding in place with toothpicks.
Top off with more cheese.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 325 °F.
In small mixing bowl, combine sour cream and hot sauce.
Top each potato with sour cream mixture and chives, as desired.
Serve and enjoy!
