1/4 cup real Maple syrup...
2 T soy sauce...
1 clove garlic, minced...
1/2 t garlic salt...
1/8 t black pepper...
1 pound of salmon...

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except salmon in a bowl...
Place the salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat well with the marinade...
Cover with plastic wrap and put in frige for 40 minutes, turning once...

Preheat oven to 350 degrees...

Bake salmon for 15 minutes, bring out of oven, tent with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes... Portion it out into 4 to 6 servings...
