1 16 oz can black beans, rinsed
10 oz frozen corn, thawed (I like to use corn we've frozen during the
season)
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 T chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp salt
2 T olive oil
3 T fresh lime juice; maybe a bit more to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients.
Add olive oil and lime juice.
Grind black pepper over.
Mix well.
Chill until serving.
