Cake:
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup nuts
2 tsp soda
2 cup flour
5 cups diced apples
Sauce:
1 cup butter
1 cup cream
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, eggs. Add dry ingredients, stir in diced apples. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 325º for 50 minutes. To make sauce. Cook butter, cream, sugar and brown sugar until slightly thick. Add vanilla. Serve over warm cake.
