2 lbs hamburg
Small onion diced
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 eggs lightly beaten
¾ cup tomato juice (can substitute with ketchup/water mix)
1 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well.
Divide and shape into 2 loafs

Top with favorite topping.
Suggestions:
-1 tablesppon of egg mixed with cornflake crumbs and grated cheese
-chili or cocktail sauce OR
-a slice of bacon

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or less
