1 chicken—fryer 2-1/2 to 3 lb
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup white wine
3 or 4 garlic cloves—pressed
Salt and Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 egg
Bread crumbs
1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken pieces in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown.

Sautee mushrooms in butter and add white wine with the garlic. Add 1 can mushroom soup with the can of milk. Blend well.

Layer chicken pieces with the mushroom mixture and sprinkle mozzarella Romano cheese mixture between layers

Bake in 350 deg oven for 30 to 45 minutes
