2—3 lb cut up frying chicken
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 can undiluted beef consommé
1/2 cup water
1 Tbls yellow mustard
1 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbls catsup
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbls flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in olive oil. Remove from pan

Add flour to fat and consommé with water. Mix in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and paprika

Return chicken to pan. Cover and simmer covered for 40 minutes.

Remove cover and cook another 15 to 20 minutes.
