1 frying chicken cut up
1/24 cup butter
1 medium onion sliced
1 cup celery diced
1/2 lb mushrooms
1/4 tsp garlic salt
10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup water
1/2 medium sized greet pepper diced
3 slices of orange—rind and all
2 Tbls capers

Directions:

Brown chicken in butter. Put in Casserole

Saute vegetables in skillet and add the resto of the ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.

Pour mixture over chicken. Bake uncovered for 1 hr at 350 deg.

Add Capers when ready to serve.
