1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter
3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp horseradish
2 thick lemon slices
2 chopped onions
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chili sauce (Heinz)
4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 bottle favorite beer

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in butter, add all ingredients except ketchup, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and beer. Simmer until ingredients are heated. Add ketchup, chili sauce and Worcesterhire sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Add 3/4 bottle of your favorite beer and simmer 10 minutes longer. Put in blender and blend together. Cool, then refrigerate.
