brown sugar
ketchup
vinegar (1/2 white; 1/2 red wine)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the ribs into individual pieces. Arrange the ribs in a large flat pan that allows as much surface area as possible.
2. Bake ribs in oven COVERED for 1 hour at 350
3. Make approx 1 1/2 c sauce per pkg of ribs, with equal parts of sugar, ketchup & vinegars.
4. Pour off liquid from ribs and pour on BBQ sauce to coat liberally,leaving some in the bottom for basting.
5. Cook in oven UNCOVERED for 2 hours at 325. Every 20-30 minutes turn the ribs and baste them with the sauce.
