1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 envelope stove top stuffing made according to package directions
Mushroom sauce
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
4 tsp. beef bouvilian powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 cups water
1/2 cup sliced canned mushrooms drained
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl in order given. Pack some in bottom of large loaf pan to make 1/2 inch layer. Press same amount of meat onto sides to make a crust. Pack stuffing mix into hollow of meat. Make large patty with remaining meat mixture to cover top. Seal edges and bake uncovered in 350*F oven for about 1 hour. Serve with mushroom sauce.

Mushroom sauce:
Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Mix in flour, salt, pepper, parsley, bouvilian powder, Worcestershire sauce and paprika.stir in water and mushrooms until it boils and thickens. Spoon over sliced stuffed meat loaf.
