1 package frozen hashbrowns
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sour cream
1 package onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cheddar cheese
flay parsley to garnish (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 C degrees
You will need an 9x13 casserole dish.
Spray casserole dish with Pam spray to coat.
Place frozen hashbrowns in the casserole dish.
Add:
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cups sour cream
1 onion soup mix package
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together until hashbrowns are coated evenly.
Top hashbrowns with grated cheddar cheese.
Place in oven and cook for 1 hour uncovered.
Remove from oven and garnish with flat parsley (optional).
