1 extra-large egg
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tblsp. cream

Directions:

Mix this in bowl. Will be sticky. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Using a flour coated surface, roll dough into as thin as you want the noodles. If needed, add more flour in order to more easily roll out the dough. Cut into whatever shape you want. On the East coast we cut them into squares.
