3 cups prepared brown rice
3 chicken breasts

Honey Teriyaki marinade:

1⁄3 cup soy sauce
1⁄3 cup honey
2 Tblsp. cooking oil
1/3 cup medium onion
1 lemon
basil
oregano
parsley
rosemary
garlic powder
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken with marinade, onion, juice of lemon, and about a teaspoon of each fresh herb. Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in baking dish and cook for 12-15 minutes. The thicker the chicken the longer the cook time. Serve over warm rice and enjoy!
