1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter - softened
1-1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup mashed bananas (3 medium)
Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, soda and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in center.

In another bowl cream butter, sugar and one egg. Beat in second egg. Mix in sour cream and bananas, Pour into well and stir to mix. Ignore lumps. Fill greased cups 3/4 full. Bake in a 400º F oven for 20 to 25 minutes
