2 cups cooked and minced chicken
1 tbls gelatin
2 tbls cold water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
1/4 tbls lemon juice
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup stuffed green olives, chopped
Shredded lettuce
6 tomato slices

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water. Add to mayonnaise.

Fold mixture into whipped cream then add remaining ingredients.

Refrigerate for 2 hours. When ready to serve, place scoops on lettuce and garnish with fresh sliced tomatoes
