Directions:
In a bowl, dissolve the first package of jello; 3/4 cup boiling water and 3/4 cup cold water. Pour into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Let set in the refrigerator. In another bowl, dissolve the second package of jello; 1/2 cup boiling water, 1/2 cup cold and 1/2 cup half & half. Pour over the first layer and put into the refrigerator to set. Alternate layers, such as; black cherry-only water, cherry-water and half & half, lime-only water, lemon-water and half & half, orange-only water and so on. Make sure each layer is set before adding the next. To serve, cut into squares. With so many new jello flavors you can be creative and make up your own colored jello sequence.

Whenever we would get together with mom's side of the family, there was always great food and plenty of it. This jello salad was a favorite at every gathering. Fun to look at and even better to eat. Thanks for the memories!
