1 (15 oz) can of black beans, drained and rinsed.
2 lg eggs
¼ C Cocoa Powder
2/3 C Honey
1/3 C organic coconut oil
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch if salt
4 drops of peppermint essential oil
¾ of choc chips, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all ingredients, except choc chips, in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Stir in ¼ choc. Chips
Pour into a greased 8 x8 pan and top with ¼ cup choc chips
Bake for 30-35 mins. Let cool and keep in the refrigerator.

Can be made into cream cheese brownies also by mixing cream cheese, 1/4 gluten free flour and vanilla and dropping into choc. mix before baking.
